Warm, good-hearted supermom and former beauty queen Samantha Dale Horton, played by Hewitt, is forced to work at a “massage parlor” to pay the mortgage and keep her kids in orthodonture while her husband’s bum knee heals enough for him to go back to construction. Of course, by really listening to her johns — remembering their favorite kind of eggs, their in-laws names — she becomes such a popular hooker she starts working too hard. Rich, but exhausted, she turns to coke, starts yelling at her kids, gets bag under her eyes, and then gets arrested. Luckily, as the prostitute with perfect recall, she is able to bring her whole client list down with her. Plus, she teaches the wives of all her Johns how to satisfy their men with the help of two-dozen bananas. In other words, you could not ask for more from a Lifetime movie! Judging from the ratings for the two biggest original movie premieres of 2010, viewers have a thing for teenage pregnancies and prostitutes. Lifetime’s “The Client List,” starring Jennifer Love Hewitt and Cybill Shepherd, has earned the title of 2010’s “second most watched original movie premiere on cable,” TVByTheNumbers.com reports. Generally, Taylor Lautner is regarded as having one of the biggest and brightest smiles of the Twilight cast, but Jennifer Love Hewitt reported a very different experience with the actor at the premiere of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Hewitt, appearing on The Wendy Williams Show (via Twirlit) explained that when she went to the premiere, she was wavering in her “Team” loyalty between “Edward” and “Jacob,” and she was excited about the opportunity to take a photograph with Taylor Lautner. However, the picture didn’t turn out as he expected, and Lautner’s facial expression in it was more of a grimace than a grin. Needless to say, she decided then and there that she was “Team Edward” for good. Chances are, Taylor Lautner was distracted or caught in between smiles, given his very jovial personality, but it was apparently enough to keep Jennifer Love Hewitt, a self-proclaimed mega-Twilight fan, off the fence. Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has revealed that she is not going to be the next Bachelorette or appear on Dancing With The Stars. The 31-year-old Ghost Whisperer star thinks appearing on the US version of the BBC TV show Strictly Come Dancing would be fun, but that she wouldn’t be able to perform because she would feel too nervous. Talking to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show, she said: ‘That would be so much fun, I think it would be fun, but I would get too nervous, I wouldn’t do it.’ When asked if ABC is courting her to be the next Bachelorette, she said: ‘It wouldn’t be a bad idea, but no they’re not.’ But even if the US TV network did ask her to do it, she admitted that she wouldn’t go on the reality dating game show. Whipped cream and massage oil, handcuffs and lingerie. It’s all in a day’s work for Jennifer Love Hewitt— on set, that is. “We laughed about it a lot, my best friend and I,” Hewitt says. “She would tell me about meetings at her office, and I would say, ‘Well, I’m going to massage four guys in a room and handcuff another one.’ There was one day in particular on the set, I would go into hair and makeup, come out in some sort of scantily clad outfit, do my scene with a guy, then go change and do another scene with another guy. I think there were like eight guys that day. I was sending pictures to my mom, and she was like ‘Oh, my gosh!’ ” As amusing as filming was, Hewitt, who also served as a producer, says it opened her eyes to the realities of today’s struggling economy. “I didn’t realize how judgmental I was about that stuff (prostitution). As I kind of got into playing it, you start to understand. I was really interested in the fact that there are more housewives and women going into the sex industry than ever before. I think that I always thought that it was something they chose, but in my character’s case, she’s left with no other option.” Empathizing with women comes easy to Hewitt, who has been scrutinized for her love life (she and her Ghost Whisperer co-star Jamie Kennedy broke up in March) and her physical appearance (that’s now in the past: Last month she was featured on the cover of People magazine’s 50 Most Amazing Bodies issue). And she’s working on a follow-up book to The Day I Shot Cupid, her self-help guide to finding the right guy. “I just started it, and it’s coming slowly,” Hewitt says. “It’s going to be more of a prequel. I realized that (in Cupid) I had helped people through the process of finding a man. But there’s a whole group of women out there, me included, that don’t realize the reason they haven’t found that right man is they haven’t learned how to love themselves first. Once you really love yourself, the caliber of men you can be with goes up.” This summer, Hewitt is single and “trying to decide if you can technically be a cougar at 31,” she jokes. “I was hoping to club it up with Justin Beiber for the night.
